One time at SEA, I popped into the SC for a bit and got a phone call from an unknown, local number. It was the BSO asking about my intentions with my bag. I told them I was in the lounge for a bit and they said not to worry, it would be waiting for me. I gathered it was a courtesy call as sometimes people may drive off forgetting their luggage.

Another time at ORD, in the old club, I popped in and told the agent I needed to take a call but was concerned about my checked bag on the carousel. They called down to the BSO for me and they pulled the bag.

Both of these experiences were pre-pandemic when the lounge service was much more personalized than it is today. I wouldn't count on that level of service today just given how much busier the clubs are. My guess is if it works anywhere it'll be in the D1 lounge.
