Just booked a BA holiday to St. Lucia and a couple of issues:

1) We wanted to book from Manchester but the BA site could not find availability, I had to contact BA to add on the MAN-LHR flights. Might be because UVF flight departs from Gatwick?

2) I used two GUF1 to upgrade us from Premium Economy to Club. On the booking page my wife and I are both showing as 0 Tier Points and 0 Avios. I contacted BA and the reason apparently is because of the system that BA Holidays use. Once we have taken the trip we will have the Tier Points and Avios awarded for World Traveller Plus. Is this a known issue?
