I stayed there back in October for 4 nights. It was my 2nd stay and an overall good one very similar as the previous one for the good points and the one to improve, but no room upgrade this time.

I booked a Deluxe/Queen bed room and got that.

The welcome amenity was a small chocolate cake.

Despite the feedback I gave the 1st time about the lack of daily replenishment for water and espresso capsules and the response I received that they would revise their SOPs, it was still the same. Not a big problem as you can have some water bottles from the small lounge and also have espresso there.

I had one dinner and one lunch at the restaurant of the hotel and it is truly excellent. At lunch, they have a great 3 course-menu for a very cheap price and seems very popular for the local office employees.

Overall, still a good hotel, but some room for improvement for loyalty handling.
