This hotel seems to have discovered "High Floor," "King Bed with Sofa Bed," and other room classification shenanigans that allow it to escape from Category 3, relatively earlier than I would expect in its life cycle of rebirth with the Hyatt brand family. Inevitably this crowd will say "well that's because the category is too low, wait for Category 4 or 5, then things will re-regularize..." However, even if the property shifted up a category, shenanigans, once installed, are rare to dissipate.
