That is unfortunate, because Tru and it's IHG half-brother avid are the brands I look for first when traveling on solo trips to suburbia or along the Interstate. But Tru always seems overly priced, while avid frequently lines up well with HIX.
Spark is a brand I will tend to avoid, because I prefer new construction over cheap conversions.
