Not quite. The LAX-PHX that someone suggested upthread would be scanned at TSA, not at the lounge. Thus, no violation on Delta's part because the ticket that isn't going to be flown won't be associated with the lounge entry at all. As another posted commented, the DL1 ticket that would allow access would actually be consumed.
