Also, make sure you book HA prime and not the AS codeshare; I found out the hard way you can't upgrade 027 tickets and am now stuck in the way, way back on an HA 321 to the islands... here's hoping the Pulani status match comes through in the next couple of weeks so I at least have a shot at the decent economy seats.
