Thanks YYCguy. I'm sure that 2024 has not been the easiest period to be in a guest-facing role with WestJet. I (and many, many others) truly appreciate what you and your colleagues do for us.

(And not to beat a dead horse, but investment in substantially better technology and web tools and a commitment to more proactive communication would go a long, long way to both reduce customer frustrations and reduce the resulting challenge for WestJet's customer service folks. It's really not just a matter of the seating configuration on the planes. It's everything else, too.)
