I wondered the same thing on my BA127 today. I was expecting a turkey dinner per the December thread, but actually got the new, non-Christmassy menu, same steak option as posted by TPRun above but (I guess tailored for the ME market) without the festive nods.
A whole burrata seemed like a generous starter, and the beef fillet was decidedly more Club than the chicken we’ve seen recently. Of course I would’ve preferred it rarer, and the presentation was far from great, but overall this was a pretty decent meal.
The English sparkling, the Riesling and the Spanish red were all good.
Burrata - decent.
Beef fillet with dauphinoise and spinach. Heavy on the sauce, not bad.
Chocolate ‘bar’ dessert - very tasty although sauce was served too cold.
Pesto chicken second meal. Brioche much better than ciabatta. Choc muffin for sweet.
