Now if only WestJet could make it so that their customers didn't need to go to FlightRadar24, and then to airfleets.net, in order to figure out what they'll be flying on and whether or not they'll actually receive what they paid for.

In my case, it appears that I have indeed been "Cabin Transformationed" and I am not going to receive the Extended Comfort seats that I selected (one of which I paid for).
