On the 223s and 7M8s, J pitch is in an inch or two less than the XM 32x. When I did my first flight on a refurbed 321 a few months ago and someone asked me (offline) how it was, I said: "Very nice. Best narrowbody in the fleet. Same modern screens, bins, etc as 223 and 7M8, but better pitch - I find the 223 and 7M8 are both 1-2" tighter than the old 32xs, and the refurb 321s seem to be in line with the old 32x on pitch. And the seats aren't stupid low to the floor like the 223/7M8."

But I don't have measurements handy.
