I just checked in for a flight tomorrow.
- When I bought a few weeks ago, the flight was not "Cabin Transformation". It was a regular 737 MAX, and I picked EC seats in the Y cabin.
- This morning... at check-in, both the app and the web-site show an entirely different seat map. Online check-in shows the aircraft as a MAX with one of the three "Cabin Transformation" layouts, and a warning box about CT appears during the check-in process.
- After completing check-in, I went back to look at the WestJet "Flight Guide" website ... but it still shows that my flight is still operated on a MAX version 1 (a normal plane, with real Premium and EC)
- And the booking engine on WestJet.com also still shows the same: a MAX version 1 with EC and with real Premium -- the flight's still being sold as a MAX v1.
So ... what am I going to get?!
It's clearly a glitch. But is it with their check-in process, or is it with their booking process?
