Ex-USA, the AA J Japanese meal is usually very similar if not the same as the JL meal, and JL posts the full menu here: https://www.jal.co.jp/jp/en/inter/se...business/meal/
They use the same caterers. It often tastes/looks a bit different because AA is not as trained & exact as JL on warming individual pieces, but it's still good.

Ex-JP I am not totally sure, it may be slightly different but I imagine it's very similar.

Western meals though AA and JL are totally different.
