If to count about one hour each way to city center and back, you are left with maximum four hours of "idle time". From those, are about two hours in the lounge and about two hours in the city enough for you? So from around 1500 to around 1700 in the lounge, 17-18 travelling to the city, 18-20 in the city and 20-21 travelling back, clearing security and heading straight to boarding gate?

this was exactly my idea, however I think one hour in the lounge would be enough to enjoy a meal and a couple of drinks so I have some slack in my schedule. I do have EU passport, so as mentioned above should not have an issue in leaving and re-entering the non-schengen zone
