ICN-SFO. Roughly: 50 minutes boarding. 15-20 min push delay. 20 min tarmac. Takeoff + 45 min. Then turbulence (which was nothing) 45 min. FAs start galley setup. Table linens in cabin, etc. another 30m. Sitting in back of cabin is another 20+ minutes.

Yesterday was 3 hours on LHR-LAX as I typed the message, and no turbulence component.

Those are time block estimates but in both cases I looked at my watch and noted the time when I got the first drink.

All FAs were outstanding btw.
