Other airlines serve a snack on takeoff and go for a big/warm breafast/brunch meal before landing. But that is to complex form Danish unions to accept.
This is exactly what I fear. Even though Danes have dinner at 6PM, they'll like persist with the awful slow sweep of Go with the drinks cart followed an hour later by the food trolley.
I would like all airlines with departures after 22.00 local time to have the courage to clearly state on the flight information "no meal service after take-off" and shift the focus of the service the later half of the flight.
