I'll be interested to see how SK handles the inflight service on the eastbound. Dinner at 1 AM? Or skip the evening service and serve breakfast/lunch instead?
Back in the day when they had the 10 or 10.30pm flight ex ORD the dinner service was done in all cabins with no mercy. Lights on and no shortcuts allowed. I remember asking for desert together with a salad from the starter so I could sleep, no way.
Other airlines serve a snack on takeoff and go for a big/warm breafast/brunch meal before landing. But that is to complex form Danish unions to accept.
