Ok, this might be a very dumb question.

Every time I look at the inflight menu for Suite/First (and any route). From the "Chef's Choice" there's always 2 appetisers, 1 Main and 1 Dessert. So does that mean you can choose 2 Appetisers? I tried to do that on one flight, but I felt the stewardess was a bit shocked when I said I would like A & B for an appetiser. She was nice enough to give me both, but I felt that was not a common practice.

So fast-forward I stopped doing that now as I felt a bit embarrassed to ask, but it just puzzles me so much.

Can anyone confirm if that's the case? Cheers!
