CUN to LGW 27 November 24 with full service as 1840hrs departure. Excellent crew, four of us in row 1 so got first choices.

Food wasn't very tasty with the exception of the bread roll which was a trio of rolls in one and was light and fluffy and delicious. No wine menu and was offered red, white or rose as generic types. Despite this, the service was excellent and the crew were always on hand. A very full flight with offloads offered at check in as flight overbooked. We had two in CW who said they were in CW, then downgraded, then reverted back to CW albeit lost their paid seat reservations. We are only lowly Bronze but managed seat reservation at T-7days and it stuck.




Tuna looked lovely but was sinewy and very chewy for two of us

Ravioli was really hot but just didn't have any taste


Breakfast served in the dark for all pax as lights didn't come on until 30 mins before landing - no tea of coffee offered and I did ask for coffee but it never arrived.
