And that's the simple story, right there. The nutty unions created this catastrophic disintegration. The costs are insane and completely incompatible with the "old," successful, destroyed model. Congratulations, labor. You showed your love...and stupidity.

I used to have six options for non-stops to my frequent destination. Now, there are three. Southwest used to be easy and convenient. Now, it is neither. Lack of choice and employees who bark at the customers because... they can. Professional suicide.
