I already submitted a claim about this case with the Portuguese National Authority for Air Transport issues (ANAC). I think this commercial decision of SATA/Azores Airlines has to be stopped. They cannot operate flights with business class (and charge for that premium class) with an economy onboard service and considering this an acceptable practice.
