Yesterday evening on the 19.55 Heathrow to Glasgow lady late 40s/early 50s with older teenage daughter, talking very loudly to other daughter on speakerphone while on the jetbrdge. Few passengers made obvious but polite facial gestures to be a bit quieter but these were ignored. Once on board passenger explained to CC that she was in 15A and her daughter 21B and could they possibly sit together? IFL explained she would see what she could do. 5 minutes later said passenger comes back to front of aircraft to explain that on account of some mistake both she and her daughter had been inadvertently booked into economy rather than business. In the nicest possible way IFL reassured her that she would still have a comfortable flight in Eurotraveller.......
