I'll be interested to see how SK handles the inflight service on the eastbound. Dinner at 1 AM? Or skip the evening service and serve breakfast/lunch instead?
Timing is good - better than when they were flying to NRT.

I normally fly GO so I'd eat in the lounge and sleep

SAS's food is mostly not worth eating anyway.
