To be frank, CEDR should be able to work it out from the sequence number of BA's complaint system - they will have plenty of evidence from people before and after. But if you took screenshots, presumably that has a file time and date stamp? If all else fails, send a DM via Twitter, Insta, FB, to the BA account with a simple request for the date of your complaint submission.
