Yes, assuming you are eligible to re-enter Schengen area after exiting it. If you have an EU passport, you can use automated passport control gates and no questions will be asked. The train to the city takes about half an hour, so with all walking etc. included you can calculate on the trip to and from the city to take max an hour each way. In the evening the airport is pretty quiet so security will be a breeze.
