Tracking existing BA complaint cases?

Hi, first off, this isn't really my first post as this will appear, but my 786th - lost login details, despite great help from admins couldn't resolve, so had to re-register.

Anyway, I'm trying to get a complaint resolved but running into multiple BA brick walls and would like any advice, especially re tracking cases so I can see where BA think they are. Try and keep this short:
  • Late Sept BA15 LHR-SIN total IFE failure (including unable to view or hear any of the safety briefing). Paid for First and maybe this matters, maybe not, but GfL. Complaint submitted via crew on-board, Avios "adjustment" received about 10 days later. So far so good.
  • Early October BA16 SYD-SIN-LHR, paid for First again, total IFE failure again. Complaint submitted via crew on board. No response at all by 12 Nov so tried to check the status of the complaint via BA website. Can see the complaint but when I try to check its staus the web site just goes of to la-la land. So use the website to try updating the claim. Get a response from Customer Relations within 24h (surprise!) saying they think the case is closed and that Avios have been credited to my account, but to get back to them if this hasn't happened for further investigation (can't they see...??). I get back explaining that there have been no Avios adjustments since the response to the first compalint and ask them to investigate, Nothing since then.
I suspect it has been closed agin (possibly seeing the Sep Avios adjustment and assuming that relates to the later complaint), but still cannot check via the BA website. The "view and update" buttion still just goes to la-la land. Any thoughts from the collective wisdom on how to follow up now??

Thanks.....

ps the irony is that we deliberately didn't fly on the 380 on the LHR-SIN legs due to percieved reliability issues!!!
