If going to ASO (Asosa, Ethiopia) you would exit into the Schengen gates, clear departure immigration, then proceed to the gate. No security is required, unless the flight departs from the C gates which does security before the gate.

If going to AOK (Karpathos, Greece) you would just proceed to the departure gate, as its a Schengen destination. Security should not be required.

But as a side note, none of the airports you listed have direct flights to FRA, whether on LH or other airlines. Are you sure that is correct?
