Connecting to a United flight departing at 7:40pm (currently they are using A22 for this flight but obviously that could change).
It's the last flight of the day to my destination.
Thoughts?
Iceland Air will arrive near the middle of A, you will be funneled up to the top level of the bridge from A to main terminal for customs and immigration. I regularly make it from the door of the plane to the curb in 15 mins or less with carryon bag. The real slow down here will be baggage claim.

After baggage claim and re-check you'll go into main terminal just like everyone originating in DEN. Then upstairs to West security for Pre-check which has been pretty quick iny experiences lately, but then you'll have to train back to A or B, which isn't really a significant difference unless you are at the farthest reaches of B.

Very doable, but you'll be moving most of the connection, is my guess. I wouldn't do this if on separate tickets.
