just recently stayed there, approximately 30 minutes from Chubu Centrair airport (NGO) by train. Friendly and extremely polite staff, as you would expect in Japan, and nice room for just a night.
Room is pretty small. Some amenities, including a bath robe, is available at the front desk -- you pick what you need.
It's still written as "HoteruYunizo Nagoya Eki" in my CC statement.
So it is one of the conversions from Unizo. ホテル・ユニゾ would be the katakana version, which would transcribe in to (as you had on your statement) Hoteru Yunizo, but the brand spelling in Latin letters is Unizo. Just the fun things of writing foreign words in katakana.
