The business hotel chain Unizo in Japan has defaulted, and will be revived as Four Points Flex. The first two are open, by Yokohama Station and in Kyoto. Unizo had around 15 hotels that will be reflagged.

just recently stayed there, approximately 30 minutes from Chubu Centrair airport (NGO) by train. Friendly and extremely polite staff, as you would expect in Japan, and nice room for just a night.
Room is pretty small. Some amenities, including a bath robe, is available at the front desk -- you pick what you need.
It's still written as "HoteruYunizo Nagoya Eki" in my CC statement.
