I had two short stays here of 3 nights each, and I can only recommend looking for another hotel. The rooms are great, and the location is excellent, but everything else is chaotic. During my stay, as well as after check-out, I had multiple extra charges ( not hold ) on my credit card. I even had a phone call with the manager, who explained to me that everything was normal and would be canceled until checkout.. Now I have to deal with the hotel (if they respond to my emails), or I’ll need to initiate chargebacks.
