Last Dec / Jan a number of MH A350's has issues with IFE and Wifi and the whole plane had neither from LHR-KUL. After waiting several weeks for a reply I was offered 5K Enrich miles. Wrote back and told that its not good enough as I have several trip reports from repeople who had teh same thing own the same plane who were offered more and was then blanked.
On top of that the infamous seat deflation occured whilst on the ground at LHR and later the whole seat failed so I had to move to 11D/K
MH and their CS can be total crap
