I applied PP to 3 flight sets, all domestic chip shots, for myself, my wife or both last week and this. All cleared, and the upgrade email was the usual thank you for your purchase mail. Except instead of listing the 20 plus points as the cost, it lists a $20 “ plus point redemption fee”. What he heck is this?

For the first of the flights that cleared, I then got a $20 refund email the next day. What’s going on??
