Is there a good place to buy revenue stamps at NRT T1? And where exactly is the T1 landside office?
I'd hope to get this done on arrival in Tokyo rather than when leaving.

Also, for those of you who submitted an application using a credit card (cat D) but are Americans with Global Entry who would qualify under cat A, did you just leave the yes/no question for cat A blank?
