Is it typical for the concierges here to give you their business card with their own (work) email on them and to remember you during your stay and get a bunch of personal attention? Will keep the exact hotel unmentioned but I had a concierge who had responded to my email requests for a few restaurant bookings at some fine dining / Hanwoo omakase places. When I got to the lobby to ask for another reservation request and to call a taxi, I gave my name for the reservation and the concierge was like "oh I'm XYZ, I have been the one responding to your restaurant reservation requests. Very nice restaurants" When the taxi arrived, she gave me her personal business card with her email on it and mentioned "if you need any other assistance, please feel free to contact me directly." When I was checking out two days later, I ran into her on the way out and she recognized me, saying "oh, checking out? Such a short stay in Seoul." Later that day, I got a follow-up from the concierge email (but it was her) with the usual "thank you for you stay, we hope to see you soon again, happy to assist you, etc."

That doesn't seem like a typical amount of attention, either from the other concierge team members at the same hotel or at another similar level hotel in Seoul (and certainly not from concierge team members in other countries), but not sure if I am reading too much into it?
