I flew with Qatar Airlines in November from Barcelona to Ho Chi Minh City. Our flight leaving Spain was late, which made me miss my connecting flight in Qatar.

I landed in Qatar at 2am in the morning and was advised that I would not be able to continue my flight to Vietnam until THE FOLLOWING DAY.

I had people waiting for me at the airport in Vietnam, I had hotel reservations and tours scheduled.

It took more than 2 hours at the airport for them to organize "accommodations" for the "night" (it was 4am by now) and I was exhausted.

The accommodations that were provided were definitely completely unacceptable. The hotel room was very old, very moldy smelling and uncomfortable to say the least. The food that was offered for breakfast was horrible to say the least.

Plus this hotel was really in the middle of nowhere.
No way for me to find other food alternatives either.

LEGALLY, AS PER AIRLINES REGULATIONS, I am entitled to a full refund. There is no grey area for this at all. The law is crystal clear.

I have requested over and over a refund and I have been ignore and ignore.

What airlines company treats people like this, AND IGNORES ALL THE AIRLINE LAWS????

The flight itself was regular, nothing great. I paid way to much money to be treated this way.

Beware of Qatar Airlines.
