I've been searching for TATL flights from IAD on UA website and notice most LH operated flights don't qualify for PQF or PQP. It is usually a connecting flight from MUC/FRA to elsewhere in Europe that doesn't qualify. Has UA made changes to which partner flights get PQF/PQP?

FWIW - The partner PQP/PQF partner qualification has baffled me all year. I booked IAD-LIS-RAK for travel in March 2024 and only 1 flight qualified. When I switched my travel by 1 day on the exact same flights both flights got PQP/PQF credit. I have no idea what changed cause it was also an even exchange.
