Business class arrival on ANA in Narita gives you access to the arrivals lounge, which is also the domestic departure lounge. It is land side, but domestic security is quite quick, and you just need to pass it no later than 20 minutes before departure. Depending on your arrival time there may be a lounge free period as it only opens at 2pm.
