This does not seem to be the case at the moment, at least not in the app. It’s also possible to book this rate for a reservation starting tonight (and thus no longer cancelable) without being able to see these terms prior to booking.

I book rooms all the time (not at Rio, I mean in general) on the same day, or 1 day before. But if they don’t fix this disclosure issue, I’ll really have to start thinking twice about every one of these bookings.
