Do apologise if this has been a topic of conversation already but I’m in rather a hurry as I’m about to book a ticket online. Is there anyway to see what type of ticket you’re buying online with out having to call through to CSR? It only tells you weather your ticket is or isn't refundable/changeable. I've tried using expedia to book the same flight and have been able to locate the ticket type through the Fare Description option though when using ba to locate the same fare tells me something completely different. Why don't BA have a system similar to AA or UA ITN service which shows you the availability with fare basis e.g. F,J,A,Y,B,H,N,ETC. and then let you choose which one you'd like to purchase....Grrrrr very frustrating!!!
