After a lot of back and forth with the very nice but incorrect Conceirge team I reached out to the good folks
@ Hyatt Consumer Affairs and they researched the situation and agreed to allow points and tier credit earnings
on the Rio Cyber Rate.My suggestion is to call these folks if you have a rate that doesn’t clarify earning
so you can get a case # set up to assure your credit and points for the stay.
Have them notate your reservation as well
