Nothing has changed. The standard fee to take over an agency booking is $50.00. If you are doing some sort of upgrade (with "instruments"), they don't charge. You can ask them to waive the fee, sometimes they will as people have noted. May help if you are Platinum or higher. Keep in mind that the TA then loses control of the ticketing and reservations so any further itinerary changes will need to be done directly with Delta.
