Well here is what I know. what are you looking for? There is Shelly Back Room. A nice restruant with humidors. There is Butlers in the Hyatt hotel a nice cigar bar. I have never been to Ozios Just heard it was nice. You Have Mortons and Ruth Chris steak houses along with A JR cigar Outlet store that I go to. Real good and cheap cigars. Drapers cigars the sticks are dry. I don't think they humidify the sticks. There is the Capitol Grill great steaks near the Hill. Most places will let you smoke cigars if the are upscale and classy.
