This has just happened me also.

Yesterday i transferred some AMEX miles to EK and purchased miles for a topup to upgrade my travel partner. (the miles have not yet posted 24 hours after purchase)

Today my account is locked and I am unable to reset password. I have contacted EK and they say there is no security check showing for them.
