I must have gotten lickyy and they perfected the preparation for the chicken. The first cpuple of batches were crispy goodness to me 🙃

I was really disappoontef about the sauce. The beef itself was really good. The veggies were great too. It wasn't so salty that it was inedible. I hust knew that it would require me to drink more water throughout the flight. I ususally have good experiences of SAS business meals, so this was a bit different.

I am not a huge fan of Polaris, but a couple of months ago they had braised short ribs as the main course and I loved it. It was a tasty way to reture for regularly flying Polaris due to the alliance switch.
