That's why they swiped the card.

But now? Could be up to $50, which is why they've capped it at 15 (visits got out of hand).

I figure they've prenegotiated a massive bucket....
It might still be $35, or it might be higher. 35*15 comes to 525. 40*15 comes to 600. Given that Amex's cost on the other benefits (Resy, etc.) is not zero...
