Essentially my restrictions are that I need the entire run to start on Saturday from SFO and end before Monday morning landing in SFO. So far, in my searches I have found the best runs to be SFO-LAX-CLT-LAX-SFO ($1393 for 360 TP) or SFO-PHL-BOS-PHL-SFO ($1265 for 360 TP).

Would love your thoughts and advice! A successful couple runs here would push me to GGL.
MSP via CLT from the West Coast and reverse offer good F fares. The cheapest is SEA-CLT-MSP which is $268 in F earning 180 TP per direction.

The fare is not quite as compelling from SFO, but still reasonable for flying within your constraints. It is a true TP run without need for a hotel. The February 8th-9th routing is SFO-LAX-CLT-MSP-CLT-LAX-SFO in ~27 hours for $1088 and earnes 440 TP.

There are other timing options that would require an overnight (~9 hours) if you would prefer to skip the red-eye and get a hotel in MSP.

Here is an example for February 8th-9th.
