Hello!
I renewed my diamond tier in October and since then I have not been getting any promotional emails from SAS.
I have been in contact with diamond support agents for those two months but the IT department only sent me an instruction to remove SAS from my blocked mail list. Then I tell them SAS has never been blocked and I get all emails from SAS about bookings and they are actually the same msg.flysas.com. Then another agent follows up giving me the same instructions

It is a pity that I missed all Diamond promotions like family and friends etc… but it’s also very annoying that the IT simply does not care at all. I even told them the website throws an error when I try to change the mail preferences but the IT claims I might have blocked SAS :’(. At least I studied CS so I know it is not me.
Is there anybody having had the same problem? Would there be any way to fix that or should I be permanently disconnected from SAS?
