I redeemed 4 Aerolíneas Argentinas tickets last month and just found out that I mistakenly put down my younger son's name twice. They have the same last name, and the first part of their first names is also the same.

Older son: *****zhe
Younger son: ******jie

I contacted Air France several times via phone and WhatsApp, but they said they can't change the name for me. They offered to cancel one ticket and rebook it under the correct name. However, the flight seems to be fully booked, and I couldn't even buy a cash ticket on that flight. I also contacted Aerolíneas Argentinas via Twitter, and they said they can't change the name since the ticket was issued by Air France.

I'd like to know what my options are:
A. Try Air France again
B. Try Aerolíneas Argentinas via WhatsApp
Is there any other way I could try to correct the first name so the family can fly together? Many thanks!

As a last option, I will book my older son (17 years old) on a different flight and let him fly separately.
