So why can't Rio follow Hyatt rules? At breakfast, the waiter told us that we can not order the expensive items on the menu. See top items in the pic below - waiter told us we could not order the fried chicken and other $28 menu items. Also, we specifically ordered two large orange juices, but the hotel gave us small juice cups.
Our room heater was broken. We got back to the room at 10pm, so didn't bother requesting to get it fixed.
When I checked out, the front desk supervisor told me that
currently Globalists can order anything on the menu. She added that breakfast will no longer be included once the hotel becomes a "Destination by Hyatt." The hotel is well aware of the rules, but they are gaming it. Hyatt needs to amend their contract to penalize Rio for repeatedly denying Globalist benefits.
I don't think they are really promoting they are destination by Hyatt, as that won't happen not til spring 2026 after they finished ALL 3 phrases of renovation, things can change between now and then, just like Rio changed what globalist can eat 3 times already since March
Why do you need to check out ? And why not go to VIP registration? Is this your first time in Vegas ?
What benefits are they denying globalists ? It is just the 3 items, the originals are excluded for globalists at hash house, you know there are other Hyatt, jdv, and unbound that globalist cannot get full breakfast right ?
